Data Deletion

You can have any data SocialAddict holds about you deleted. There are two situations.

If you commented on or messaged a business we work with

Email jc@markethunterz.com from any address with:

• The Instagram account you contacted (for example, @thebusiness).
• Your Instagram username.
• The approximate date you commented or messaged.

We will locate and permanently delete the associated records, including the message or comment text and any contact record, within 30 days, and confirm by email.

If you are a business whose account is connected

You have two options, and they can be used together.

• Revoke access from Instagram. Open Instagram, then Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove SocialAddict. All processing stops immediately.
• Request full deletion. Email jc@markethunterz.com from the address associated with your account and ask for full deletion. Every comment, message, contact record, and configuration file belonging to your account is permanently deleted within 30 days, and we confirm by email.
