SocialAddict is a shared inbox for Instagram professional accounts. It collects the comments people leave on your posts and the messages they send you, prepares an accurate reply from your own business information, and posts it once a person on your team approves it.
Most questions a business receives on Instagram are never answered, because they arrive in two different places at once. SocialAddict handles both.
When someone comments on one of your posts asking a question, SocialAddict reads the comment along with the caption of the post it was left on, drafts an answer from your business information, and publishes it as a public reply under the original comment once approved. Questions asked in public get answered in public, where every other person reading that post can see the answer too.
Direct messages land in the same inbox. Replies are sent only in response to a message someone sent you first, and only inside Meta's 24 hour reply window. SocialAddict never starts a conversation with anyone.
Each draft arrives as a card in your team's Slack channel with the original message, the proposed reply, and the confidence behind it. Your team can approve it, rewrite it before sending, or reject it. Anything sensitive is held for a human by policy and is never answered automatically.
You give SocialAddict your hours, pricing, shipping policy, service list, and frequently asked questions. Replies are written from that material and nothing else, so the answers under your posts are the answers you would have given.
Every person who comments or messages is kept in a contact list with their history, so your team can see whether this is a first question or a returning customer before they approve a reply.
Reply to someone yourself from the Instagram app and SocialAddict steps out of that conversation automatically. Pause a single contact, pause the whole account, or disconnect the integration at any time. Nothing about your account changes when you do.
